On XX/XX/XXXX I filed a complaint about XXXX XXXX XXXX showing a late payment on my Experian Credit Report. I received notice that XXXX said they are submitting the correct information and are not showing any late payments. Experian says they are reporting the information they received. Regardless, today I received notice that Experian has resolved the dispute and deleted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from my account. I DID NOT DISPUTE THIS ACCOUNT, AS IT IS A NEW AUTO LOAN. I did dispute XXXX, please correct the deletion of a perfectly legitimate account that I did not dispute. XXXX XXXX acknowledges the account, as do XXXX and XXXX.
