I went to XXXX XXXX to get a phone a few months ago and they told me that i have an account with them that is in collections. I have never opened an account with XXXX so i checked my credit report and found out that i was a victim of identity theft and also saw 2 more fraudulent accounts with capital on on my profile. I have been in contact with both companies and they told me that i need to do a FTC Identity theft report in order for the accounts to be removed. I also have been trying to reach out to XXXX, Transunion and XXXX and they haven't done anything yet. Please remove these accounts as soon as possible.
