I received post in XX/XX/2022 stating they welcomed me and to make my first payment by XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX i responded and asked them to validate the debt by XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX i received a phone call on XX/XX/2022 where i told them a validation request was sent and i had not gotten a response yet and that i would only communicate with them by mail. Santander called me 13-15 times. they finally responded refusing to validate the debt stating that would be their only response. it took a month for them to respond. they still reported late payments on my consumer report. i responded to their lack of validating the request and marked up the counterfeit copy they sent to me highlighting the fraudulent items. they ignored it. XX/XX/2022, someone stole my car under commission from Santander Consumer USA in the middle of the night. They still have not sent me a copy of the court order permitting this activity, nor have they returned the promissory note, and have since sold my vehicle.
