Inaccurate and defamatory information is being reported on my credit report. I have made several attempts to contact this company to update my credit report by deleting all negative unverified and inaccurate information from my file. My first letter was signed and received by them on XX/XX/XXXX. Although they signed for my letter, I received no response stating how this information was verified. I then mailed a second letter mentioning the non-response, ( signed and received on XX/XX/XXXX ), asking them to prove to me how this was verified. I have yet to receive a response. I contacted all of the collectors listed on my report requesting them to Validate this erroneous information. Again, I received no response. If I personally haven't received a response as the person who 'owes ' the debt, I'm highly doubt they were able to prove it to the bureaus. I have given well over the original 30 days to respond regarding my dispute verification with no proof in sight. How is it possible for them to continue reporting clearly unverified, invalidated, and inaccurate information to my credit report?
