There is information on my consumer report that is a result of identity theft. I did not provide written permission or instructions for the identified transactions to be reported on my consumer report. I am requesting that the reporting of this information be blocked and deleted. My request to block is not being made in error. My request to block is not being made on the basis of material misrepresentation of fact by me, relevant to the request to block the identified transactions. The identified transactions are not information related to any transaction by me as the consumer. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX after first being made aware of a fraudulent contract under my name with the company. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The dealership informed us that we would not be held liable in any way. A month later my car insurance canceled my policy for not having full coverage insurance on this vehicle. This matter has caused my family so much distress, from having to deal with the police to calling and visiting the dealership for months. I have never owned a vehicle or any property connected to this company! I was told that the company contacted the dealership and entered a lawsuit with them because I did not purchase a vehicle nor did I knowingly enter into any contract with XXXX. None of my proper information was ever verified by XXXX, the company was unsure how I even had a file with them. After contacting XXXX I stopped receiving bills but was unaware that this account was still on my consumer report. I do not or have not owned any material connected to this company in any way. I do not certify the validity of this debt, I have not provided written instruction or otherwise for this debt to be reported to my consumer file. This account appears on my profile as the result of fraud and identity theft.
