I called m & t bank 2 days before the fraud took place which means by federal law us code 1693g i am liable for only up to XXXX $ they denied my claim and gave me NO reason. They said there wasn't much details. they didn't provide the info they had to by federal law again us code 1693g a Photo ID, fingerprint, or signature proving it was me who made the transaction someone stole XXXX $ using my card at an atm And no I did not have my card when this took place and notified them 1 day after the fraud took place. I need my money back this is corrupt.
