I have contacted this agency multiple times. I have sent letters and I have called. I asked them to send me an Invoice and they have yet to send me an invoice. It has been more than 30 days since I have first attempted to learn about the debt. I never received a letter or even a call about this debt. I found out through my XXXX account that I had this collection. The company is Central States Recovery in XXXX Kansas. When I called them the lady did not have any idea what the debt was for and told me she had to get a hold of the location and ask for an invoice and said it would take more time, even after I sent letters and called multiple times. I do not think I should be waiting this long to hear back or to even get an invoice.
