I have requested several times how both XXXX and Transunion claim to have verified the accounts listed below which are not my accounts not did I open them. All I ever get is the same templated latter stating verified but I asked to whom they spoke with and when etc., but I never get that requested information. I also asked for a notarized letter from them stating they information they provide is true but have yet to receive that either. In accordance with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the information provided has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1781 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
