They are incorrectly reporting as " Paid out of collateral ''. There was never any collateral and there was never any money lent to me. This was supposed to be a savings account- for which they kept the money ( I was told would be returned ) and never provided me with a loan or any kind of service. I made multiple written requests for them to validate the debt or provide evidence of the collateral in question for which they have ignored for more than 60 days now.
