My account was closed without prior notification. but that is not my main concern but rather that all my accumulated cash rewards in the amount of {$110.00} was seized by the XXXX XXXX. After contacting the XXXX XXXX they responded that they have sent me a notice that the account will be closed and if no action taken my rewards will be seized. I have explained to them that I have never received such notice and its just plain common sense that if I would have received a notice of such action, I would have not ignored it. Neither did I receive any email regarding such action. You can google and see the data yourself that billions of dollars of us mail is lost every year. The representative confirmed that they have not sent me an email, nor do they have any proof or certified mail on file that I have received such notice by mail, however she unfortunately can NOT help me because this is the policy of the company. This XXXX XXXX has found a way to rob its customers. Even if they have decided to close my account, its just fair and ethical to mail me a check of the cash rewards that they owe me and belongs to me.
