I didnt apply or open up a capital one card ending in XXXX in my name and it hurting my credit report in my name it has a balaance of XXXX from a quicksliver in my name i need have this fraud case reopen and im willing to send in a police report if needed but capitol one isnt giving me the fax number and kept putting me on hold too long and would not open up a fraud case and i never use this card at all dont know who apply for this card in my name this is identiy theft
