Kia Motors Finance overcharged me for excessive wear at the end of lease. I wrote them several letters and included quotes from repair shops which indicate the over charge. The threatened to report me to the Credit Bureaus and I sent them another letter restating my position. They finally came back with a reasonable settlement amount, which I paid according to the deadline they indicated on the letter and Kia Motors Finance went ahead and reported me delinquent to the Credit Reporting agencies. This was totally unfairly done and I still have this on my credit report. I would like this removed. Kia Motors Finance was found guilty in a court action of improper and unfair credit reporting practices, that I experienced.
