I mailed a valid money order in the amount of {$210.00} to Honda Financial Services for a payment for my automobile loan payment. The money order was undamaged when I mailed it. They sent it back to me, however the left end of the money order had clearly been cut completely off by a letter opener when their office opened the payment. They are refusing to post the payment even though they are at fault. They told me I only had a few choices, I could mail them yet another payment or I could do a payment by phone. I demanded to speak with a supervisor and I was told they would have to call me back at their convenience. They refused to give me a direct phone number or extension number for a supervisor and refused to give me the name ( s ) of the supervisor ( s ). They said someone would call me back in about XXXX or so. I told them I wanted this matter cleared up today. They have been calling and harassing my husband for the past 2 or more weeks for the payment when they had the payment in their office.
