On XX/XX/2022, I sent out disputes challenging inaccurate information that is illegally reported on my consumer report. per section 611 ( a ) of the FCRA requires a CRA to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of any item of information in a consumer 's file if the consumer alleges the item to be inaccurate. The account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is inaccurately reporting on my consumer report and is also in violation of 15 USC 1681i ( c ) - Statement of dispute required by CRA after 30 days following a reinvestigation. No statement was issued that this account was in dispute so how can it even be verified if it's not listed as disputed? Its been way over 30 days and still no results on any investigation. Cleary my dispute wasn't taken seriously and my rights as a consumer have been played with like a child. This has been causing my family stress that we can't move due to these accounts. I thought a CRA had 30 days to complete a full investigation please detail me on why the law has been violated? This has been an ongoing issue with no resolution. How is this account even reporting while the United States Bankruptcy Court reports to no one? If you are unable to explain how you obtained this information, please delete it. If you can not provide a letter from the court, or any form of communication showing they validated this, then please delete it.
