On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received an email order confirmation from a company called " XXXX '' for a home gym with a promise of delivery in 3 to 4 weeks. I purchased the product with a loan through Affirm, XXXX 's financial partner. The total was {$550.00}. So far, I have made two {$46.00} payments, leaving a remaining balance of {$440.00}. On XXXX XXXX, I contacted XXXX through their customer support email to find out why I hadn't received my home gym. They replied that they were having shipping problems and I would get my product in early XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX 's email support, but I didn't get a response then or after that. Subsequently, I contacted Affirm customer service twice to file a complaint against XXXX. Both times, the representative said their investigators would get in contact with me within 3 to 5 days. It's almost XXXX, and no Affirm investigator has contacted me yet. Today, I made a final call to Affirm customer service, but I got the same old response.
