This is a violation of the FCRA and is in violation of requisite XXXX XXXX compliant reporting standards By the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and per the standards of reporting compliance implemented with the XXXX enacted XXXX XXXX XXXX COMPLIANCE regulations, I have the right to a fair and accurate credit report and required to remove any information that is not true, inaccurate, compliant, and verifiable.
