On XX/XX/XXXX I noticed an unauthorized charge to my chime debit card for XXXX in the amount of {$130.00}. Upon noticing I called immediately but was told to call back due to the transaction still showing pending. I called back once the transaction fully posted. They denied the claim and requested more proof that in fact it was fraud. I called XXXX XXXX on a conference call to confirm I had no business with then still denied my claim. Called again XX/XX/XXXX And spent over an hour speaking to a XXXX by the name XXXX who ensured that was an error and he would get it resolved and asked me to send him via email my phone log to show the calls, which was sent immediately only to be denied within minutes stating there is no issue.. the issue is its a fraudulent transaction over {$100.00} Please help
