I reached out to EOS CCA after receiving a settlement letter claiming if I made arrangements to pay my debt in full they would remove the collection from all three of the credit bureaus. My initial conversation was in XX/XX/2022. Monthly payments were then made XXXX to XX/XX/2022. I sent a letter after 45 days requesting the collection be removed from the bureaus and nothing has been done. I requested that they listen to the taped recordings where I was told this would happen. I was told they would and to call XXXX in a few days where a supervisor would assist. I have been in a customer service and supervisor loop ever since. Collection agencies can't make promises to customers and then not adhere to them. If I hadn't kept my word and made all payments there would be some legal recourse. These rules should be the same for them. All I want is for them to remove it from my credit reports immediately.
