I called Carmax auto Finance to defer payment account due to unadequate cost disclosures and hardship. Without assuring accurate disclosures of lease terms my account was locked. The only way to access the account was to reset it and acknowledge terms I'm unsure of and definitely don't agree to.This inaccurate and unfair treatment and this has happen numerous of times, being treated in this manner. I had a pleasure of speaking to XXXX : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX asking her to defer payment and the meaning and accurate disclosures of the terms in how it was promoted to me. She began to tell me how Carmax Auto Finance policy and also telling me more things about how my account was never updated a year because they took XXXX payments out my account in XXXX month then locked my account and said it was because of declined payment. My financial institution blocked it because of suspicious activity. She said we was unable to help me with my account and couldn't help me. This is unethical and unfair XXXX XXXX
