I have contacted Fair Collections In & Out REPEATEDLY since it first appeared on my credit report. They dont respond to letters requesting validation of the debt. They refuse to provide original contracts to validate account and amount owed. I do not think this company is a legitimate collection agency. They need investigated i think they are fraudulently bullying consumers into paying debts they dont owe!
