I Have filed several FTC reports with Identity Theft. Gov regarding the account with XXXX XXXX XXXX Act # XXXX It needs to be removed from my Equifax consumer report immediately as it is removed from the other 2 reporting agencies and it needs to be removed according to 15 USC 1681 ( i ) regarding Identity theft I sent the documents and they where confirmed receipt on XXXX I have it attached and Equifax as passed the expiration date of 4 Calendar days and that is a violation. In addition I sent them information regarding the student loan Navient that according to FCRA law 623 ( a ) ( B ) should be correct as I was in deferrment and made a payment so there is no way that I would be 90 days late. I want XXXX to be deleted off of my consumer report immediately as well because it has not corrected itself and its just been violation after violation and the only means to get the matter rectified is legally but regarding the consumer report they are in violation of reporting accurate information and therefore EQUIFAX must correct the inaccuaracy buy removing the 90day late payment remark. This has caused me to loose millions and caused me to not be able to obtain credit and I am seeking litigation starting with the violations and some damages starting at XXXX and its increasing more and more as I have lost employment and business opprotunties and housing do to equifax negligence in accuracy reporting and investigations.
