I am a victim of fraud from the get-go from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA XXXX XXXX and Santander Consumer USA on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX For that reason, I was misled and made an uninformed decision. First, during the extension of my credit transaction, the dealer told me that Santander Consumer USA requires a deposit of {$1600.00} before approving the extension of my credit. Now when it comes to my finance charge, I was not disclosed that the finance charge was the sum of all charges including the insurance. When I asked them if insurance is included they told me no that insurance should never be included in the finance charge and that I have to go get insurance myself. Upon my investigation, I figured out they have lied. Also during the transaction, I was never made aware of my right to privacy after a credit consumer transaction nor my right of rescission. Their intention from the get-go was to take advantage of me. My ''supposed '' contract with Santander consumer usa XXXX XX/XX/XXXX was never signed unless they forge my signature on my back. I have attached a copy of the supposed contract given to me on XX/XX/XXXX. To add salt to injury, Santander consumer usa has the audacity to steal my car on XX/XX/XXXX. For that reason, I am not able to work so I can pay my rent. I have a XXXX wife and XXXX XXXX old son. Because of their action, I am at risk to become homeless.
