I'm requesting a reinvestigation of the accounts listed below because the information is not accurate. These accounts are inaccurate because they are closed, but showing open every month. In Accordance With ( IAW ) the Fair Credit Reporting Act I am disputing the accuracy of my these account. The accounts listed below have been deleted from my XXXX XXXX XXXX Account : XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX, XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX. I want them deleted from my Equifax and XXXX XXXX XXXX as well because I know that All of my Credit Reports are suppose to be identical, they are Inaccurate, and it has damaged my credit. IAW 15 U.S. Code 1681i - Procedure in case of disputed accuracy, ( D ) Automated Reinvestigation System ; Any consumer reporting agency that compiles and maintains files on consumers on a nationwide basis shall implement an automated system through which furnishers of information to that consumer reporting agency may report the results of a reinvestigation that finds incomplete or inaccurate information in a consumers file to other such consumer reporting agencies. IAW the Fair Credit Reporting Act, these accounts are in violation of my rights, and I need them removed from my credit reports as they should have been via the Automated Reinvestigation System to All of the credit bureaus upon deletion from my XXXX Credit Report. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602 A. States that I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows, or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
