I have disputed this account many times throughout the years. The original creditor nor Hunter Warfield have ever been able to provide any proof of this amount owed. I am going to seek counsel if this is not removed from my credit report immediately. It has been XXXX years as of today that I purchased my home and I can prove this. I moved out of this apartment in XXXX of XXXX. I was not notified of this debt until XXXX. I immediately contacted the company and disputed this claim with the CFPB, attorney general, and the credit bureau 's. The parent company XXXX XXXX responded with an email that XXXX of their employees typed up stating that I did not provide 45 days notice. I was on a verbal agreement and had no written lease. I was on a verbal month-to-month agreement. I went into the office at the end of XXXX in XXXX and advised the receptionist that I would be leaving in XXXX. I asked what was expected of me and she advised that I just needed to return my keys. When I officially left in late XXXX of XXXX I stopped by the office and gave them my new information and left my keys. At this point it has been over XXXX years since I left the property and this was a fictitious claim to begin with. I did provide notice and the fault was on that of the receptionist who helped me. Either she is lying or she failed to take the proper steps on her end. Either way I did what was expected of me to properly leave my verbal month-to-month agreement. I have now resided in and lived in my home for XXXX years as of today and this is still reporting to my credit. If this does not get removed I will be forced to file a suit for damages caused to me for the XXXX years this fictitious claim has been reporting to my credit.
