XX/XX/22 I alerted each of the bureaus that I am a victim of identity theft and that 15 US Code 1681 c 2 says that they have to remove and block the items within 4 business days. The items remain on my report. 2 XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX and 2 XXXX accounts are listed on my identity theft report. XXXX XXXX and XXXX have charged off both of the fraud accounts and sold them to collection companies. Despite doing this, they remain on my report. They are violating 15 USC 1681 e b by not reporting accurate information. Each of the accounts listed on my identity theft report are also violating 15 USC section 604 a section 2. Nobody can furnish an account on my credit file without my written permission : I have not given anyone written permission. XXXX XXXX and XXXX are committing tax fraud by reporting these accounts. According to the IRS, these accounts are considered income.
