I have submitted multiple disputes for accounts reporting on my EQUIFAX credit report that do not belong to me. I have submitted multiple fraudulent disputes where EQUIFAX states they have " verified '' the account as mine, but when I ask for them to provide me proof of how it was verified they do not comply, but continue to leave the accounts reporting on my credit report. It is a violation of my consumer rights to furnish deceptive forms including unlawfully reporting inaccurate information to a consumers credit report. It is also a violation of my consumer rights to not properly furnish the form of verification that was used to " verify '' the inaccurate fraudulent accounts reporting on my credit report. It is also a violation to remove accounts and then put them back on my credit report.
