I paid off my account which had grown to 100 % usage. It took several hours over several days to access my account online, and now they're not reporting to the credit bureaus. This is hampering my getting a mortgage in three ways : total debt, credit usage, and resilience index scores. I emailed customer service and was told that they had a system upgrade in XXXX and we're not yet ready to update reporting. It is almost XXXX. I have registered complaints through XXXX of the credit reporting bureaus.
