On XX/XX/2022 I called and spoke to an Edfinancial agent about requesting a refund of payments made during the pandemic. I have called repeatedly because I have yet to receive a refund. On my 4th call I was told that the refund was sent to the department of the treasury on XX/XX/XXXX. My loan amount has not changed. Nobody can give me any further information.
