Original Transaction : XX/XX/22 XXXX XXXX XXXX Event charge Dispute with Discover on XX/XX/22 Case Number XXXX I bought a ticket to a XXXX XXXX XXXX event. The event was a scam, as there were no XXXX XXXX XXXX when i got there. I filed a dispute with Discover and they did not refund us as the merchant had set the terms of no refunds and they wouldn't escalate the dispute. No refund terms are null and void if the service they advertised were never delivered. I never received what i paid for and Discover refuses to refund my money. I would like to officially file a complaint against the company to request a full refund.
