On XX/XX/2022, I sent a letter to Equifax about unauthorized inquiries & accounts on my credit report with proper identification. After speaking with a representative by phone I was instructed to send an FTC Report with my letter and identification in order for them to be removed. XX/XX/2022, I sent another dispute letter with an FTC report about the existing unauthorized inquiries that were still present on my credit report. In XXXX of XXXX, I spoke to another representative and was instructed to insured that the inquiries were listed in the " Accounts Affected '' column of the FTC Report to have them removed. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent an updated FTC Report, proper identification, a letter instructing Equifax to remove these unauthorized inquiries from my report, and their duties as a consumer reporting agency under 15 USC 1681 and they still have not done so. Equifax has stated that the information has came back as verified but not given exact information or communication that was given to prove it was actually verified. They have had a history of not really reinvestigating the information furnished on reports after being disputed and I am suspecting fraudulent activities on their behalf.
