There are several collection accounts reporting on my credit report that I have tried religiously to get removed. I hired a lawyer with XXXX XXXX top help me get these items removed from all major credit bureaus. I have requested that they present me with a contract with my signature on it seeking credit to which they have not been able to provide. they continue to update the account indicating it has been verified without providing to me the written verifiable contract seeking credit which are the guidelines and regulations set forth by the fair credit reporting act. the collection accounts in question are as follows and note I have never truly been able to utilize my credit in my life because of these negative accounts popping up on my credit file.
