On XX/XX/22, I alerted the consumer reporting agencies that I am a victim of identity theft. 15 USC says that you must remove and block any information from the file of a consumer that the consumer says is a result of alleged identity theft within 4 business days. It has been well beyond 4 days and the accounts remain. Also XXXX XXXX and XXXX have charged the fraud accounts off and sold them to collection companies. It is illegal for a company to report a charge off. The IRS considers this income. This is tax fraud. This is also a violation of 15 USC 1681 e b by not reporting accurate information. USC 1681 section 694 a section 2 says that you can not furnish an account without my written consent. I have not given anyone written permission.
