Companies/Accounts XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( reporting a balance of XXXX ) I demand these accounts be REMOVED AT ONCE XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - Explains identity theft and accounts reporting. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX- Explains I have the right to pravicy when it comes to what is being reported on my credit. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ( A ) ( XXXX ) - Explains no one can furnish any information on my credit report without my consent. If i have reasonable belief that account is fraudulent is must be removed. I am seeking litigation and results at once. I am asking also that all information regarding these accounts be sent to my address on file. I am seeking ALL DOCS including Docs containing my ORIGINAL SIGNATURE used to open this account.
