XXXX XXXX was discontinued by me voluntarily, they sent a box for the equipment to be sent back, that equipment box was never delivered to my home to be sent back, therefore I was charged the amount of the receiver boxes. Multiple attempts made to dish and request to speak to manager to request the box and after 30 days they basically refused to send a box for tlreturn of equipment, I still have the equipment but the company turned it over to collections and will not speak to me as I don't have an open account. I will pay the amount due and owed after they take the equipment back and adjust for the equipment return, the bill remaining would be under XXXX dollars, I would gladly take care of this if they would take the equipment and adjust the bill as it was agreed on the day it was discontinued by me.
