In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report The Credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible? if the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, account types are different, and date last reported is not accurate. This ground for removal they also violated my rights under 15. U.S.C 1681 section 602 A States I have the right to privacy. 15. U.S.C 1681 section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instruction. Also the credit bureaus took more than 30 days to complete my investigation I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT WITH THE XXXX I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND THESE COLLECTION AGENCYS ARE VIOLATING MY RIGHTS This was not a proper investigation 15 U.S.C 1681a ( e ) The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information.
