Called Affirm on XX/XX/27 Spoke with : XXXX XXXX. Time : XXXX Called Affirm on the morning of XX/XX/27 and spoke with XXXX XXXX to see if I could get assistance with taking off my overdue payments of {$160.00} for my XXXX loan account and {$53.00} for my XXXX account until I can get caught up and back on track. Stated that I had symptoms of covid and was out of work. Advised I have been financially impacted by covid. XXXX advised they could pause notifications for overdue alerts which didnt help because the overdue payments would still be there. I then provided my email for information regarding the loan modifications to be emailed to me. I Filled out the loan modification form and was approved to have my XXXX loan which was overdue by {$160.00} deferred for a month. But was not approved for the loan of {$53.00} which was also overdue. It would have been great to have the payments taken off so I wouldnt have to play catch up with all of my bills. I would greatly appreciate any assistance as of right now Im having a problem with getting groceries, paying bills, just maintaining and its causing a real strain and stress for my family. I currently have had a significant loss in pay as well due to a high cut back on gig work due to the low demand on gig work and cut back on pay. I feel that this is all very overwhelming and this was the lowest amount of help due to the fact that I have been on time with my payments previous to this and also have paid off loans as well.
