I have made many complaints/disputes to Equifax regarding XXXX reporting inaccurate and unfair information on my credit report. Equifax has conducted superficial inquiries regarding this matter. I have asked repeatedly for them to conduct a reasonable investigation regarding an unfair report of a 30 day late payment-XXXX XXXX, due to the creditor 's lack of proper notification to present the payment coupon ( sent to a wrong address ) which resulted to the creditor not properly notifiing me in a timely manner. I have sent supporting evidence and attachments via mail to Equifax. Equifax must conduct a reasonable investigation of this mishapes and correct the error on my credit report. Equifax contacting and accepting XXXXXXXX XXXX swift response without evidence of substantiated verification of the 30 day late is not the proper course of action that is acceptable per previous judicial hearings.
