XX/XX/2022 my phone was hacked into and a unauthorized transaction of XXXX $ was transferred from my credit builder to my checking account and then sent to someone I do not know and have never heard of before. As soon as that transaction took my hard earned money from me and my XXXX kids, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. They claimed to have not found any errors and refuse to refund me XXXX XXXX I requested a rebuttal to reopen my case and they instantly replied and still refused to refund my XXXX XXXX My rent and car note payments are coming up, my kids are only XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX and I cant provide for them due to my funds being taken from me. Please help me and my family get my refund back.
