Hello sir/mam, This is regarding my recent mortgage loan which I did from ( XXXX XXXX XXXX from one of the branches of supreme lending. I just bought a house in XXXX, XXXX using a VA loan but the process happen to be quite difficult for me. I was quoted for either 3.875 % with discount points or 4.375 % without discount points before the interest rate spiked to a real high right now. The house was under construction and was due at end of XX/XX/XXXX. I asked XXXX XXXX to lock the rate on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX with discounts. I have also included the messages with him when I told him to do so and I called him to lock it and he said he will do it. The next time I texted him was on XX/XX/XXXX because my realtor told me to double check on it because I did not sign anything. He gave me an excuse that the contract was not sent to him. I contacted the closing coordinator and they told me that they sent the contract on the XXXX of XXXX but he did not bother to contact me until I contacted him. I was compelled to go with the new interest rate of 5.75 % because I rented my other house to get qualified to buy a new one and had already signed the lease agreement with the other tenants for my old house. I could not even ask them to cancel the lease because they paid a fine to cancel the lease on their old apartment to get into the house. XXXX XXXX XXXX has been really irresponsible about what he has done and because of him, I am having to pay {$400.00} more a month for my mortgage. I even asked the higher ups and no one was willing to accept that mistake has happened. They were supposed to close on the XXXX but XXXX did not send the house for an appraisal. I had to pay my tenants {$240.00} for 4 days because I was not able to close on time. I was told that the amount will be reimbursed but I can not contact him now. He is out of reach. I think all this has happened because of the discrimination towards my race which is XXXX. The culture here in XXXX, XXXX XXXX very old and they still do discrimination based on race. When we went to talk about this at their office me and my broker XXXX were treated with a bad attitude and the manager at XXXX for Supreme lending said " I don't care what was told ''. I have never had so much negligence and discrimination anywhere else. I even contacted the regional manager of Supreme Lending for XXXX but he was also very rude and said " You did not talk to me about this or the loan was not processed with me ''. I had no option to not go with the loan because I was compelled to do so. If I would have canceled the purchase contract I would have been sued and lost XXXX earnest money with the house builders and the tenants would have sued me for not abiding by the contract. I said okay at that time to just get over the problem. I do not want to pay for someone else negligence and discrimination like this. He lied that the contract was not sent to him until the XXXX but actually it was given to him on the XXXX and he never contacted. I try to reach out to him to get back my 3 days ' compensation for the house but he would not respond. I am currently on XXXX XXXX and my wife is pregnant. I am having a hard time paying the monthly mortgage because of someone else negligence and discrimination against me and my race. Every time I try to contact him to ask or discuss something he would never pick up the call and instead send me a template message that he will call me back but he never did.
