I sent a wire transfer on XX/XX/2022. Was called by Capital One Fraud Department. Asking me questions about the wire. I received 2 wire transfer in a total of {$11000.00}. That is how much the wire was for. It is to fund my XXXX account. They did not like that I was using a wire for a wire. they ask me all kinds of questions. The person I was talking to said she would call me back. She called back and said they would not send the wire transfer. So, the money went back into my account. I check my account the money was back in. But also, my account was locked. I received an email say my account was locked and may be closed. I have received ONE phone call with no information about why. I have left many phone messages and emails. No answer. The call on Sunday was the last I received with no information at all. They say they will call back in 48hrs if they need to talk to me. I need to talk to them. They had no right to lock my account without telling me why. No commutation at all on their part. I would like some answers. And access to my money. I would like some help in this matter. Thank You.
