I never accessed the electronic gift card until XX/XX/22. I was close to checking out but realized the sales are two days away. Today I am unable to access the whole {$100.00}. Upon contacting Kohls Customer Support ( XXXX ), they shared that his was used in XXXX, XXXX and that they would open a case to have this investigated. This raised a red flag for me but I do not believe Kohl 's is concerned or going to make this right.
