Capital One froze my account because I made too many payments to my Visa. I made/make multiple payments because the credit limit is low and I preferred using this card to get the maximum rewards cash back. They refuse to unfreeze my account at this time because they need to call my banks ( XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to verify my checking accounts / debit cards are really mine. They haven't been able to reach my banks with the numbers they have and will not call any other number that may be listed. I've done nothing wrong since these accounts are in my name only and have been targeted for harassment by Capital One due to my prior XXXX XXXXXXXX bankruptcy. I want this restriction removed immediately!
