I previously had a loan with them as my car as collateral. I had no issues and every payment was on time. I was paying off the loan fairly quick because I made an extra monthly payment. They emailed and called me asking if I wanted to take out more on the loan. I was involved in a XXXX XXXXXXXX situation and said yes to use the funds to get out of the house. They now have the loan at {$20000.00}. Ive paid almost {$1000.00} since XX/XX/2022 and the loan only went down {$200.00}. I called them and they said all loans in Texas are now interest bearing loans so a certain percentage goes to the interest and the rest to the main balance. I explained thats NOT what I had previously. They refused to send my loan agreement ( claimed they emailed it previously but I dont have it ). Theyve been very uncooperative.
