I opened a chime account about 2 weeks ago. About 2-3 days later my account was locked/suspended. I called the chime support team and they said its because they needed documents like my social and my state ID and proof of my address. I sent everything I needed, its been 2 weeks already that Ive been calling the chime support team everyday asking about my account. They said there is nothing they can do that I have to wait, I have a check that already went to that account and I have no access to it. I called again today XX/XX/2022 and all they tell me is we are going to escalate your situation and we should get back to you within 24 hrs but nothing ever happens, I dont get no email of my status of my situation and they always tell me there is nothing or no one else hire up who I can talk to. I need access to my account, Im a single mother I have bills to pay and a child to feed.
