Nordstrom.com and a XXXX by the name of XXXX, who claims to be in financial services, has canceled and blocked all online orders made by me or a family member to my address on file. Her reasoning was that I was upset and cursed at here over an order that was clearly tampered with when received. Instead of fixing the solution, she took it upon herself to block my usage and then in an email told me to not shop with Nordstrom. When advised to escalate and that she didn't have that authority she stated she could do whatever she wanted. This is causing me to not use my nordstrom card, who has stated there is nothing wrong with my credit account. XXXX is clearly vindictive over a customer being upset and is retaliating against me and my family over an issue that should have been resolved
