The payment history is incorrectly showing on my credit report. I am showing 120 day delinquencies immediately proceeding an on time payment. This payment history is showing incorrectly on my credit report. It does not make sense to go from XX/XX/XXXX with no negative payment history and the reporting of an on time payment to the following month of XX/XX/XXXX showing 120 days past due and the following months XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX reporting 120 days past due as well. I have repeatedly reached out to the credit bureaus ; Equifax, XXXX and XXXX regarding this matter through several letters and included a copy of my photo ID and proof of mailing address to confirm my identity on the following dates : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. I have uploaded copies of every single XXXX of these dispute letters. I received no response from Equifax, XXXX or XXXX from any of my submitted disputes. I attempted on numerous occasions to resolve the issue and am being ignored by the Equifax, XXXX and XXXX. From my understanding it is my right in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to be notified of investigation results, for account on my credit report to be updated with the status of " in dispute '' as well as for all the information on my credit report to be accurate and verified/proven. This is not the case. Due to the several blatant violations of my rights as a consumer when it comes not only to credit reporting compliance, but also investigation compliance, I am requesting the payment history for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX be corrected and updated to current with no record of delinquency.
