Consumer Narrative

In XXXX, I discovered that someone had been utilizing my debit card at a mall in a location that I was not near. I was out of state at the time. The total was {$900.00} worth of merchandise. I of course reached out to my bank who denied my claim for fraudulent charges and then closed my account fot violating the terms of agreement. I submitted documentation that I had been nowhere in the area, actual receipts with address on them. I was told not to contact them again about the issue.
