FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF XXXX XXXX BUT I HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESPONSES. I SENT MULITPLE DISPUTES AND GOODWILL REQUEST BUT HAVE HEARD FROM NO ONE. I REGULARLY MAIL MY PAYMENTS TO XXXX XXXX. ON A XXXX OFF SITUATION, MY CHECK WAS STOLEN AT THE POST OFFICE THEREFORE CAUSING MY ACCOUNT WITH XXXX TO BE LATE. AS SOON AS I FOUND OUT, I SATISFIED MY OBLIGATION. AS YOU CAN SEE, THIS IS COMPLETELY OUT OF MY CONTROL AND I AM ASKING WITH HUMILITY THAT MY LATE PAYMENT WITH XXXX BE RECALLED AS A RESULT OF FRAUD/THEFT. I HAVE ATTACHED MY LETTER I SENT TO XXXX BEFORE AND ALSO INCLUDING A POLICE REPORT I FILED ABOUT THE CHECK THEFT. PLEASE HELP WITH INVESITGATING THIS ISSUE AND RECALLING THE LATE PAYMENT.
