I paid the full balance but company said I owed them {$0.00} which doesn't make sense when I paid my full balance. They did not contact me until I got a ping from my Experian app saying score dropped and I looked and then called XXXX since its a XXXX XXXX. They claimed I did not when I asked why they did not contact me before saying remaining balance is due. Which caused them to say we sent you to collection so speak to that department. I was going around calling different people spent XXXX hours trying to figure out why I got into collection.
