The loan was taken over twice. They emptied an escrow account that should never have existed and refused to apply it to the balance of the loan. I made a re payment arrangement to pay additional money and it is now showing as a monthly payment. They REFUSE to do a forensic and give me the amount that I have paid over the course of the loan because they know it will implicate them. Im a XXXX who struggled to make sure my children had a home. Im a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and would like to be able to demonstrate to my XXXX that we live in a country that gives you recourse if you have been wronged by a predatory lender. Please help.
